How to Use PCBooster Free Icon Extractor to Extract Icons from EXE Files & DLL Files?
Launch PCBooster Free Icon Extractor and you'll find the Windows explorer-like interface. Select one item and its name, size, amount of resources, number of images, cursor, etc. will display in the right window. On the right bottom there's a preview window to display the item selected if it's an image. Click the dropdown button of "Zoom" to adjust the size to auto fit or 25/50/100/200/400/800 percent.
Click "Browse" to directly choose the folder to save the item. Click "Save As..." to save the selected item to the folder specified. If you want to save all images/all icons/all group icons/selected group icon, click "Save All/Save All Icons/Save All Group Icons/Save Selected Group Icon" button.
Tip: You can save the extracted icons to ICO files (or CUR files for cursors), or copy the image of a single icon into the clipboard.
